Mission
To convene residents, organizations, businesses, and institutions at the intersection of three historic neighborhoods: Broadmoor, Second Street, and Soria City who working together will assure a sustainable, healthy, and economically viable neighborhood business corridor.
Vision
Anchored on the cusp of Historic Broadmoor and Historic Soria City, this off-main street, mixed-use, transit-oriented development promises to include: the restoration of a historic community gem commercial property (“The Broadmoor”), the revitalization of a neighborhood commercial corridor (“The Gaslight Gaslight District”), and produce, in partnership with Soria City Trust, a trauma-informed neighborhood reinvestment plan for Historic Soria City.
